this heated vinyasa class embodies the flow of yoga as you move through fluid sequences of poses linked with the breath.  get ready to sweat in a room heated to about 95 degrees as this practice will tone and strengthen muscles, increase balance and coordination, reduce stress and anxiety and increase self-awareness. each instructor has their own unique style, so try them all! new to yoga? we recommend beginners try our align and flow or yin yoga class before flowing with us.

yoga sculpt

yoga sculpt is a total body workout, designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group.  light free weights are added to the vinyasa yoga sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose.  some yoga experiences is helpful to understand the basic postures before adding in the weights.  free weights are optional, and modifications are provided to suit all levels. 

power yoga

power yoga is a fast-paced total body workout, focused on building strength and endurance.  it is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories, designed to tone and strengthen the body as you move through a blend of vinyasa style poses.  modifications are provided to suit all levels, but some yoga experience preferred. 

align and flow

nurture your mind, body, spirit with this all levels class done in a slower foundational way.  incorporating breath awareness, building a strong foundation and alignment with plenty of opportunities for modifications.  this class is perfect for all levels of practice.

yin yoga

yin yoga is a relaxed, passive style of yoga that involves holding poses for longer durations and increasing your inner awareness.  yin yoga centers on stretching deeper connective tissues that surrounds muscles.  this style is stuiable for people who are new to yoga or want to balance intense workouts.
