What to expect in my class?
A sequence that starts with centering and gentle warm-up, followed by a series of sun salutations to warm the muscles. Once the muscles are warmed up, you will flow through various standing, balancing, inversion, and sitting poses using the breath to settle the mind and focus on the flow of the poses. You will end with a cool down and a restoring shavasana pose.
Outside of teaching yoga, what do I love to do?
I enjoy jogging in the metro parks, practicing yoga, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
How long have I been practicing and what specialities?
I have been practicing for seven years mostly vinyasa and hot yoga.
