​The Destination
Earth, water, wind, and fire await. Step into another world in Costa Rica, one of the most biodiverse countries on earth. A lush natural environment and tranquil, peaceful setting provide the backdrop for our stay. Situated on majestic mountains, our retreat location overlooks the Gulf of Nicoya and affords some of the best ocean views and most breathtaking sunsets in the area. Located about 1.5 hours from the capital city of San Jose near the quiet seaside town of Miramar, ours is a destination for dreamers, thinkers, and enthusiasts of all kinds.

Accommodations & Meals
Our property sits on 65 acres of pristine land. Its serene location offers ample space for breakout sessions, meditation, personal reflection, and conversation. A 40-room pop-up hotel provides beautiful 5-meter glamping bell tents, 8 private bathrooms outdoors, and furnished lounge areas. A swimming pool and yoga deck allows time for relaxation while taking in a sunrise or sunset, with sacred places and nooks abound on the property for all to enjoy.

An on-site professional kitchen prepares healthy and delicious organic farm-to-table meals.
All food will be vegan/vegetarian.
Your Guides

Teresa Zanardelli (E-RYT 500, YACEP & Reiki Level II) – Teresa has been studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years, and has been a teacher for nearly a decade. She opened her own studio in 2015 and trains instructors at the 200 and 300 hour levels. She believes in making yoga practice fun and accessible to all. Her clear, detailed instructions create a positive understanding of the basics and benefits of yoga practice. Her classes are dynamic and flowing, focusing on the Ashtanga principal of building internal heat as you find the connection between the breath and the physical postures.

Jan Attanasio (E-RYT 200 & Reiki Level II) – Yoga has been a part of Jan's life for over a decade. She began teaching in 2008 and specializes in slow flow vinyasa classes and her gentle flow is focused on alignment, breath awareness, creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to deepen the practice. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.

Julie Pham (Intuitive Healer & Personal Coach) – Julie is a graduate of Wesleyan University and blogs for the Huffington Post about how to make spirituality practical. She’s certified in reiki and has branched off to develop her own healing method called EMR (Energetic Mapping and Restoration) which combines energy work, coaching, and deep cognitive analysis. She’s on a mission to open people’s hearts to all the love that they deserve because it’s their birthright.

Rodolfo Carrillo (Healer & Holistic Business Coach) – Rodolfo has had his own consulting practice since 2005 and has acted as a life and business coach for many all over the world. Combining his professional work with nonprofit organizations, he founded and still leads the Positive World Foundation in Costa Rica, which focuses on working with youth in at-risk communities to help them develop their full potential. His unique combination of business skills, training experience, and spiritual knowledge triggers profound transformation in others.

Ted Zanardelli (Artist/Art Teacher) – Ted is a teacher of mindfulness, painting, and drawing for people aged 5 to 75. His paintings and drawings deal with dismantling and reassembling to approach a unifying force, a trigger to the collective unconscious. His goal is to help the viewer along to find spirit, meditation, and freedom.
