the fine print

all class and workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  month unlimited packages expire 30 days after activation.  five class passes are valid for six months from the date of purchase.  ten class passes are valid for one year from date of purchase.  workshops and special events/programs are not included in class passes.  five and ten class packages can be shared between family members; unlimited class packages and introductory offer packages cannot be shared.  rates and schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice.

students are responsible for keeping themselves safe, and honoring their bodies. students with injuries or limitations should exercise special caution to care for themselves. it is the student's responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, limititations, or pregnancies prior to the start of class.  this enables the instructor to provide you modifications for poses you aren't able to do.  our teachers will frequently offer physical assists to encourage proper alignment during yoga classes.  if you are uncomfortable with this please let the instructor know prior to the start of class.

please make every effort to arrive early so that you are in the studio before class begins.  the front door will be locked just prior to the start of class.  please check in with the instructor prior to the start of the class.  if you are late or have to leave early, please enter or leave the room quietly so you do not disturb the students and teacher in class. please make sure all cell phones are turned off in the studio room.  we suggest that you do not bring valuables into the studio as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
