  • What if I have never done Yoga before?
    That is ok! We offer a wide range of classes that offer something for all experience levels. Modifications can be provided to fit your practice.
  • Do you have mats to borrow if I don’t have one?
    Yes, if you don’t have a mat, one can be provided to you for class.
  • What should I bring to class?
    You, your yoga mat, and water. We provide towels and props for each class.
  • What if I have had a knee or hip replacement?
    Please consult your physician to ensure you are able to practice. Let your instructor know any limitations that you may have, and they will provide you with modifications and props to assist with poses.
  • How hot do the hot yoga classes get?
    The hot yoga classes are set to 90-95 degrees and also have elevated humidity levels.
  • How early should I arrive to class?
    The studio doors open 15 minutes before the start of each class.
  • What makes the studio different?
    Our instructors, class types and studio create a unique vibe that our clients crave. Our studio is a judgment-free space to practice yoga at your own pace and comfort with enough challenge to keep you coming for more.
  • Does the studio have parking?
    Yes, there is plenty of free parking in the parking lot in front of the studio.
  • Do I need to preregister for classes?
    Yes, please use our Mindbody app to register for class or online option at burnwithin.com. If you have never registered for one of our classes before, please download the Mindbody app, search for Burn Within Yoga, and select/purchase the classes you’d like to register for. If you have issues registering, email us at info@burnwithin.com, or come to class 15 minutes early and we can help you register.
  • What happens if I have registered and am unable to come to class?
    Please be sure to cancel your registration through the Mindbody app as early as possible. Failure to cancel your class could result in a small fee.
  • Do you offer private sessions/classes?
    Yes. Individual private sessions or group private sessions are options! Please fill out the form on the contact us page, or email us at info@burnwithin.com for more information.
  • Are gift cards available for purchase?
    Yes, please come to the studio to purchase gift cards. Or email infor@burnwithin.com.
  • Are changing rooms available?
    Yes, two large private bathrooms with changing space are available at the back of the studio.
